I have only positive things to say about this place! From the very first time I walked in, I felt super welcome! Ever since I joined F45, I’ve been transforming my life in so many ways. The workouts are intense and fast paced, however, you’ll never feel alone! You see people of all different ages and fitness levels. F45 Novato has such an awesome vibe! The energy is always high, and the coaches are incredibly friendly and motivating. Every workout feels challenging yet fun, 45 min goes by very fast and the whole team keeps you pushing your limits in the best way. It’s a great place to train and be part of a positive fitness community.
Started about 6 months ago and life changing for sure! My motivation remains high bc a different exercise every day. Fast and efficient to work whole body. Instructors incredible! What more could you ask for??!!
