So glad I booked the unlimited monthly to try F45 out. The Northport facility has great, knowledgeable, and personable coaches. Members are focused and dedicated. The gym is clean, the classes vary every day and it's an excellent way to spend 45 minutes on your self.
Ex OTFer but plateau out and found the OTF workouts to get stale and decided to try F45. Saw and feel more gains than 2 years at OTF. Great workouts and staff.
