Ive been coming here consistently for a few years now and have completely transformed my body and health. The coaches are great and the workouts are already set up so theres no thinking involved easy for everybody
This is for the older folks! I'm 55 and I've not has great experiences with group fitness format (Orange Theory did not work for me in the least bit) but decided to give it a try. With F45, the variety of work is amazing and the trainers help whenever needed. I have a bum shoulder and they always help me with a work around.
