The trainers are very friendly, encouraging and genuine. I have so much fun in class. The other members are very welcoming as well. I’m already seeing progress and I’m excited to keep going.
My wife and I were first-timers this morning visiting from out of town. Our hour class flew by. It was a fantastic full body strength and cardio combined workout. Highly recommend for overall fitness. It’s a Must Join recommendation if you plan on joining the Hyrox craze!

This is my very favorite place to work out! Think I'm coming up on 550 classes at the NE location. I must give a shout out to the phenomenal coaches and staff, specifically Monica G-A whom I just started being coached by. Any gym will work, but it's the people that make me want to exceed! Great job and thank you Monica!
One year of working out at this studio, and I can see and feel the difference. Coach Steven and Coach Colin are very supportive and push me to my limit. 100% recommended.
