I recently joined F45 Northeast and have been absolutely impressed with my experience so far. The facility is top-notch, with a wide range of workouts that caters to all fitness levels. The coaches are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely care about helping you achieve your fitness goals. One of the standouts features of F45 is the variety of classes offered. i love LOVE everything about this gym. All the coaches are so sweet and supportive. I have never have had a bad experience or workout. Love coming to workout. OH and the music is GREAT! 10/10.

I absolutely love being part of this studio! The workouts are always varied, so they never feel repetitive or boring. Each session targets different muscle groups, which helps keep my body functional and strong. As someone who lives by their calendar, I really appreciate the app that automatically adds my workouts to my schedule—no excuses for skipping! Plus, the staff here is absolutely amazing!
Best work out spot!! The coaches are so incredibly nice and encouraging. I miss it every time I go back to school because I’m in college but I always come back whenever I’m home.
