Working out doesn't come easy to me, and it’s usually the last thing I want to do. Patrick at F45 Muncie turned all of that around. He’s super patient, highly attentive to technique, and knows how to keep you motivated without making you feel overwhelmed. His coaching and positivity are the main reasons I'm sticking with it and actually showing up. Patrick is hands-down an awesome coach!
F45 is exactly what I was looking for. I was struggling with motivation recovering from a lower back problem. They have classes that fit my schedule, making it easy to fit in. They coach me on my technique, to make sure I don’t injure myself, they push me to work harder so I’m benefitting from it. Even more beneficial than what I was expecting, they have everything set up for a guided workout saving time the time of setting up and planning a work out! I simply show up at the right time and try to work harder.
The staff and coaches here are THE BEST!! I feel welcome every time I step foot in the gym and I love how to coaches take the time to help you with your form, educate you the best possible way to execute certain movements, and I love the how clean the space is!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone
One month in and I still enjoy it. The class times are really convenient, and the coaches are very nice and supportive. I would definitely give it a try!
