The friendly and supportive staff make this place amazing. I'm so motivated by the music and the energy of the music and workout routines. Every day there are new stations so I never get bored. Best yet, I'm seeing visible results in just two weeks.
I’ve really enjoyed training at F45 Northborough! I felt comfortable from the start, and the whole place is always clean, organized, and professional. The coaches are super friendly and attentive, and they make sure you’re doing things correctly. The workouts are challenging but really effective, and I like that the programming keeps things interesting.
