Coaches are great and the class schedules are accommodating to any work schedules. They have a mix of different workout options based on the day of the week and each workout station can be modified to whatever your needs may be.
F45 Northborough is amazing! The coaches are motivating, friendly, and always make sure you’re doing the exercises correctly. Every class is different, so it never gets boring, and the energy in the studio is awesome. Highly recommend F45 Northborough to anyone looking for an effective and fun workout.
I am a new member and have really been enjoying the strength training classes. The workouts that are programmed focus on upper/ lower/ and full body, and the coaches actually coach on form. Would highly recommend joining!
Great classes, judgement free zone with uplifting music!
