F45 Northborough is amazing! The coaches are motivating, friendly, and always make sure you’re doing the exercises correctly. Every class is different, so it never gets boring, and the energy in the studio is awesome. Highly recommend F45 Northborough to anyone looking for an effective and fun workout.
I am a new member and have really been enjoying the strength training classes. The workouts that are programmed focus on upper/ lower/ and full body, and the coaches actually coach on form. Would highly recommend joining!
Great classes, judgement free zone with uplifting music!
Great studio! Every instructor I've come across has been friendly and helpful when it comes to adjusting form. Also noting that the showers are very clean which is a plus!
