Loved this class! The coaches were amazing!! motivating, helpful, and full of energy. The group was so nice and welcoming, and the music made it even more fun. Can’t wait for my next class

This is the best F45 I’ve been to, and I’ve been to F45’s all over south Florida. The vibes and atmosphere are incredible. The coaches really care and people are motivated and really nice. Will be back!!!
