My 15-year-old son has been training at F45 and absolutely loves it! He’s not only seeing great results, but he also has a lot of fun every time he goes. The workouts keep him motivated and the environment is positive and supportive. Highly recommend F45 for anyone who want to stay active and enjoy fitness!
I’m so glad I found this place! The trainers make every workout fun while making sure I’m using the right form, and I love how the workouts rotate between resistance and cardio/HIIT for a complete full-body session. The gym is always spotless, and booking classes through the app is super convenient. The staff and trainers make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in, and the variety of class times makes it easy to stay consistent. Thanks to this gym, I’ve finally gotten back into the habit of working out!

F45 North Weston hands down the best F45 Studio there is!!!💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 The instructors are so friendly, supportive, and fun; they really make every workout enjoyable. The people who come here are just as great; everyone encourages each other, which makes the atmosphere super positive and motivating. Miguel, the owner, is just an incredible and nice person. He takes the time to welcome every person and makes you feel right at home. But don’t be fooled, he will make you work. This place is not just a gym, it is a community.
