Updated: Adding details. The coaches (who are friendly) seem way less involved after the initial demo compared to the other F45s in the area. I once tripped and fell during box jumps and the instructor simply looked at me and continued walking by. Coaches who are enthusiastic and genuinely care, and cleaner equipment would greatly help.
