45 minute High-Intensity, Circuit Training workout classes. We have developed 27 different 45 minute workouts, with more currently in development. Our studios offer the same class at different times throughout the day. Every day throughout the week offers a different 45 minute workout. The workouts are created by the F45 Athletics and Peak Performance Department from a database of over 3,000 different exercises, so our members never get the same workout twice.

F45 [North Smyrna] is hands down one of the best fitness communities I’ve been part of. The workouts are always challenging, varied, and super effective – no two days are the same, which keeps things fresh and fun. The trainers are next-level – supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you improve. Whether you're just starting out or a regular gym-goer, you'll feel welcomed and pushed to do your best. The energy, the people, the results – it’s all here. Highly recommend!
Love working out here!! The coaches are super friendly and always helpful. I especially recommend for people who may have sports injuries, everyone at F45 have always been really helpful when it comes to providing injury-related modifications while still getting a good workout. 10/10!
F45 North Smyrna is beyond amazing. The classes are challenging, fun, and effective. I genuinely appreciate how the coaches go out of their way to learn your name. I was so shocked at the level of customer service. In addition, the coaches are so nice, supportive, fun, and challenging. So thankful I get to be a part of this studio.
Had a great workout at F45 North Smyrna! Class was well attended and had high energy! Coaches Amanda and Steven were both welcoming and supportive for the whole class making for a very positive experience!
