Great workout! Very intense! I am 53 and not in the greatest shape, but I am making the workouts my own. Very supportive community, knowledgeable coaches who help with whatever individual support/help/direction you need, great app for signing up and keeping up with what is going on, workouts are hard, feel so accomplished afterwards, space is clean and organized. Really well organized concept!! Love it!!! So happy to be a part of it!!
I decided to give F45 a try postpartum to get back into the swing of things and was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoy the classes! I come from a strength background and I like how much they challenge me. The coaches are awesome and super approachable which makes it less intimidating. A plus is that you are in and out in less than an hour and you feel like you worked pretty hard. I highly recommend!
Truly the best gym I’ve been a part of. Incredible full body workouts. Incredible trainers. I worked out throughout my entire pregnancy, and it was one of the best decisions I made. The trainers were so helpful with modifications when needed and constantly encouraging. F45 feels more like a community than a gym. Couldn’t recommend F45 North Smyrna enough!
