I love it, it's very clean and energetic, the trainers are very friendly and it feels great.
I am enjoying F45. The instructors are great. The exercises are challenging and it is a great way to stay in shape.
Definitely a fan! I'll be back. Amanda was great. Her energy was appreciated it and also her patience to explain the process and also delivery coaching to carry out the proper technique for the exercises. I'll be seeing her soon!
Great workout! Very intense! I am 53 and not in the greatest shape, but I am making the workouts my own. Very supportive community, knowledgeable coaches who help with whatever individual support/help/direction you need, great app for signing up and keeping up with what is going on, workouts are hard, feel so accomplished afterwards, space is clean and organized. Really well organized concept!! Love it!!! So happy to be a part of it!!
