45 minute High-Intensity, Circuit Training workout classes. We have developed 27 different 45 minute workouts, with more currently in development. Our studios offer the same class at different times throughout the day. Every day throughout the week offers a different 45 minute workout. The workouts are created by the F45 Athletics and Peak Performance Department from a database of over 3,000 different exercises, so our members never get the same workout twice.

I started going here after a friend recommended it back in December. I love the classes because the trainers are so helpful! I've felt myself getting stronger and have been losing weight. I can't recommend it enough!

I really enjoy the strength days. My only complaint is I wish there were more of them. They are easy to follow workouts that any level can attend. The instructors are extremely helpful walking around to assist in whatever ways you need. I’ve never been a gym class person and I really enjoy these.
Really great experience with the trainers, they are encouraging and instructive, the environment is positive and the classes are great for everyone- beginners or advanced athletes due to the ability to increase the difficulty level with each movement or create easier modifications. If you like a challenging workout that is efficient, give them a try. Clean facility.
