Nicole and Angela helped me to have a great experience on my first day. Thank you!! I appreciate the tips, encouragement and form correction. This is the start of a great new practice for me.
I am a frequent visitor of this location but I recently hosted my birthday party here (taboo- I know) and the coaches Kyle and Ley really rolled out the red carpet for my guests and I. We had so much fun, my friend group still raves about them to this day. Although this is something im used to… my friends are very much new to the fitness space and Kyle and Ley made sure to modify all of the exercises to include every person and avoid injury. The F45 model is what made me sign up, the coaches made me stay
