The workouts are accessible and productive! The coaches have fantastic energy and are motivating! And a real culture+community is being developed, which is highly admirable! I've been a member of 7 gyms in Brampton over the last 2 decades - and this is one of my top experiences!
This center is the best in Brampton. The instructors and the management is the best. It was an amazing experience overall and one of the best decisions ever made by me to join this kind of training. Also every class is so rejuvenating and energizing!! Thank you for such a wonderful time.. Will definitely miss this place!! 😇
The workouts are intense, the coaches are very encouraging, and I accomplish so much in 45 minutes! The group workout style is so motivating, and the community feel here is great. I highly recommend this Gym to anyone who is looking for a seriously great workout!
As someone who has struggled with sticking to gym workouts F-45 has made the process really fun. The trainers at the studio are extremely encouraging and always looking out for you. Plus the vibes are impeccable!.. Rocky is really good trainer here he is always ready to bring best out of you .
