I am a frequent visitor of this location but I recently hosted my birthday party here (taboo- I know) and the coaches Kyle and Ley really rolled out the red carpet for my guests and I. We had so much fun, my friend group still raves about them to this day. Although this is something im used to… my friends are very much new to the fitness space and Kyle and Ley made sure to modify all of the exercises to include every person and avoid injury. The F45 model is what made me sign up, the coaches made me stay
Amazing coaches, great 45 mins preset workouts. Love the environment. All the coaches are so motivating and take care of you while working out snd even corrects you. Great choice of music. A great place to hit your goals
Just had a great workout at F45 North Park Brampton. I've never been here before, and when I walked in I was immediately greeted by Kyle and felt super welcome. Effective, clear workout that was modifiable for anyone at any level. I'm looking forward to my next session already!
F45 Brampton is fantastic, Rocky is a super star of a trainer and has helped me make the most progress within myself that I have ever seen in my life. If you are looking to get into working out or expand your training knowledge or simply get a good calorie burn in, I highly recommend Rocky and F45!!
