Just had a great workout at F45 North Park Brampton. I've never been here before, and when I walked in I was immediately greeted by Kyle and felt super welcome. Effective, clear workout that was modifiable for anyone at any level. I'm looking forward to my next session already!
F45 Brampton is fantastic, Rocky is a super star of a trainer and has helped me make the most progress within myself that I have ever seen in my life. If you are looking to get into working out or expand your training knowledge or simply get a good calorie burn in, I highly recommend Rocky and F45!!
Friendly and cool folks! Workouts are great and I appreciate the routine and focus that comes with them.
The workouts are accessible and productive! The coaches have fantastic energy and are motivating! And a real culture+community is being developed, which is highly admirable! I've been a member of 7 gyms in Brampton over the last 2 decades - and this is one of my top experiences!
