I cannot say enough about F45 Paramus! All the coaches are fantastic and really care. I started there in May 2025 desperate to lose some weight for my upcoming wedding. I was initially struggling because the scale wasn't moving. Two months in I had a chat with the amazing Coach Marissa where she shared some incredible tips that got me on track and my body started responding. Michelle is hands down one of the best trainers I have ever had. Her knowledge and professionalism exceeds all levels I’ve ever encountered. I was training again after surgery and she went above and beyond. While still taking care of others, she would correct my form, adjust my reps to my ability and gave me the confidence to push and get better. Thank you for everything Michelle. You are a credit to your profession!!
Absolutely amazing studio! I came here so out of shape, little to no motivation and unsure of what to expect. This studio truly has helped me in so many ways, the environment is so welcoming and supportive of anyone at any workout level. I love all the coaches so much, they really push you to be your best and take the time to get to know you individually. So happy to have found a second family here at F45!!
I love the place. Love that you can go at your own pace and build up. I just completed my 12th session and I already see results.
