I’m five weeks in, and I just keep asking myself why I didn’t do this sooner. The atmosphere is amazing—you feel like part of the family, from the trainers to the other members. They guide you through everything, including nutrition and workouts; I recommend it 100%
Had a great experience at F45 Paramus! My two friends and I came in as drop-ins from Hoboken (myself a member and my 2 friends first time guests), and we were made to feel welcome right from the start. The coaches were friendly, energetic, and did a great job explaining the workout and making sure we were comfortable with everything. I’ve gone to many different F45’s over the past two years and this one in Paramus was super fun! Coach Marissa and coach Michelle are awesome!!
I’ve really enjoyed working out at f45 north Paramus! The coaches are all amazing! Michelle is a really friendly face that will push you! She’s amazing at modeling and modifying exercises if you need to! I had a baby 10 months ago and it’s been a challenge to workout but here you come and get it done, it’s 45 mins or 60 mins.
