F45 North Midland is exactly what I needed to get me started again on my fitness journey. The coaches have been great motivators and the workout class I attend is so positive and uplifting. Love everything about this gym!!!!
I have been going to f45 for almost 2 years. This is the best place for any level. The coaches are fun, energetic, and will keep you motivated. They will help modify when needed and will help push you when they know you can. I've met my people here and can't recommend it enough!
