Aaron and his team are great and the gym is nothing short of excellent with first class facilities. It's in a great city edge location, close to public transport. The F45 interval, cardiovascular and strength training program is super good and gives a very effective workout combination for both burning fat and building lean muscle. After you see the results you get, it will become an addiction!!!
