I am loving F45! I have known I needed strength training for a long time, but haven't known how to do it and don't have the motivation or equipment to workout alone in my house. F45 has been exactly what I needed! The workouts are challenging, the trainers help me with my form and what weights to use, and modifications if I need them. I highly recommend F45!
I love F45! This particular gym is really spacious, which is a huge plus.
Great first day experience. Well organized. Clear instructions. Trainers were very professional, helpful and interested in my success. Gym was very clean. All equipment was in new condition. Several screens on the wall which offered demo of movements. *Update* - wow it's been 11 months. Time flies! I stand by my first comments and I'll add excellent training/staff. Very family friendly place. I continue to recommend.
This is a great place to work out! Everyone that works here is super friendly and they do a great job of making sure that you are a priority. It’s a fun environment to be in and the workouts will push you to the next level. Just show up and try it out It’s worth it!
F45 Logan had brought back my passion for fitness! Love the environment and the trainers! 10/10 recommend!
