Been here a handful of times now, each time it’s been a great experience, morning classes are jamming, trainings help keep you moving and pushing… I’m a big fan of the style of workouts that come out of F45 and I’ve been to lots of locations, this one is super clean (it’s new so it should be), but the trainers are kind and engaging and the members have been super friendly to me as a guest when I travel here
Perspective: I’m nearly 40, not a fitness person and have 2 small children. Basic needs F45 meets: location near me, minimal to no planning/knowledge on my part, mid day classes so I can do it while everyone is at school, easy scheduling with the flexibility to change up to an hour before. Great team and a great functional approach that is scaled to the individual user. Time slots available for every person from the early bird to the not so early bird. Dave and Jada are super user friendly when dealing with everything from billing to the workouts. All trainers are energetic and fit (like they should be if serving in the capacity of a fitness instructor) . Highly recommended for anyone that is seasoned workout or just getting into it. One of the new hidden gems in huntersville.
F45 North Huntersville has the best coaches!!! Mondays and Tuesdays with Myles are just what I need to kick off the week and Alyssa always brings the high energy (and some kickin’ music)! I had some fitness goals this year and I crushed them this month after starting F45 in July. Time to set some new goals! The gym is clean, the coaches are top notch, and my workout team is supportive and friendly…even at 5:30 am.
After a long break from Fitness I needed, wanted something different. F45 Huntersville opened May 31, 2023 and I jumped at the opportunity to try it out, let's just say I was hooked after the first class.
