Fantastic. There are a good variety of classes, accessible to all levels of fitness. I had the pleasure of taking classes run by Charlie, who was always enthusiastic, encouraging, and friendly. The members are all really welcoming. Do yourself a favour and head down to F45 North Freo.
Best f45 studio that I have ever trained at . Trainers are very knowledgeable and friendly. Hope is great at giving advice and all the support that you need. This studio allows you to do exercises on what suits you and don’t push you to “burn out”. There is a genuine and holistic approach that they bring to their clients.

I really like this training, it is very effective if you want to train well and don't have that much time. f45 north Fremantle is one of the best the coaches are very friendly, it is well located and has a large parking space.
