Just completed my first workout. It was great. I felt challenged but the workout did not feel impossible. Stephanie and Bodie were helpful and encouraging. They offered support and coaching throughout the session. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and supportive. I am so glad I went. Thank you for a great workout. I would give 10 stars if I could.
Always a good time at F45! The coaches are wonderful and connect with me every class no matter how busy it is. The workouts are fun and functional, I’m never bored with the exercises and it’s honestly the fastest 45 minutes of my day!
Welcoming atmosphere, great dynamic workouts that are always changing, ability to modify as needed, pumped up Playlist and instructors with great personalities who encourage and assist
F45 has been such a game-changer for me! The trainers are incredibly positive and empowering, they care and take the time to know your name. The workouts are always challenging, with a perfect mix of strength and endurance. I also love the supportive community vibe! It feels like a team cheering each other on every step of the way. Their music is also FIRE! F45-er for LIFE!!
The workouts are a great mix to overall strength training. I love to switch it up! You can’t beat a great workout too!
