My participation was initially spotty but one of the coaches (Heather) stumbled across me stuffing my face at Amici’s pizza and inspired me to come back more consistently. And it’s been the best thing that has happened to me in a long time - for mental clarity, stress relief, and overall happiness/mood. I’ve been going to F45 for 6+ months and I am in the best shape of my life. It’s an uplifting community and space to elevate your physical, mental, and spiritual mindset.
They do not have email verification and allow people to fraudulently sign up with email addresses that are not their own. It takes more work to have it removed from the thief’s account than it took for the thief to use it
Love the team of trainers and the other members are supportive and encouraging. I have made progress since joining
