This has been a great place get back to working out. We'll rounded workouts that keep you moving and engaged. The team dynamic is really enjoyable even though you're doing it on your own. Great trainers who are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend if your looking for a new way to jumpstart your fitness journey.

I started F45 in July 2024 after coming back from a trip to Europe. Climbing all those steps and stairs at 43 made me realize how much energy it really takes, and it hit me that if I didn’t get more active, I might not be able to keep up with my heart’s love for travel as I got older. This gym is great! I love that there are specific resistance vs cardio days and the workouts are constantly changing. Classes always start/stop on time and it’s such a great workout in only 45 min. Highly recommend!
Love love love this gym! The instructors know their stuff, the gym is SUPER clean, the classes are full of friendly people, the workouts are crazy fun and the results are 🤩🤩🤩 if paired with clean eating. My body feels 10 times younger! So glad I tried something new!🎉
