Don't go at 6 am because there a little group of individuals that are super annoying and talk over the coaches and then they are lost during the work out. I cant stand rude people.

This review has been long overdue! The first time I stepped into this studio, I felt so welcomed by Ricky. Throughout the class, he checked up on me and made himself available if I had any questions about the workout. This class was a little over a year ago, and I've grown to love the energy and atmosphere in this studio. I wake up every morning at 4 AM just for Chris and Leo. They are the best coaches than anybody can have.
