F45 Nomad is the best. Coaches are welcoming, motivating, and really pay attention to form. The workouts are tough but fun, and the community vibe is unmatched. Highly recommend.
Great studio and instructor. I have been to a couple of F45s, but this one has been the best by far. I got the membership after a couple of visits and have not regretted it.
I've visited multiple F45s across different studios and cities, and NOMAD specifically has the most incredible coaches and community. Everyone is so supportive and encourages each other. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, you will be met with support and can guarantee with commitment you will hit your goals quickly! I can't say enough great things about this studio - if you're looking to join an inspiring fitness community and see actual results, this is where it's at!
Great experience. Kind staff. Instructor took the time to give everybody at least a couple personal tips during the workout. Kind patrons. Everybody was in a good mood. Clean and well kept workout area. Lockers.
