Great experience. Kind staff. Instructor took the time to give everybody at least a couple personal tips during the workout. Kind patrons. Everybody was in a good mood. Clean and well kept workout area. Lockers.

I have been a member of F45 Nomad since their opening in 2023 and if you want to sweat...this is the place for you. I love the variety of workouts F45 provides- from strength days to cardio HIIT to hybrid sessions, every class pushes you in a new way and keeps things from ever getting stale. This location was the best I’ve ever been to! All the instructors were so nice and helpful and it really felt like a family every time I went. Sometimes the city can feel very lonely, especially if you’re working late or your roommates are working late and having a great community like this one with something I look forward to every day I miss you guys
