My husband and I have both been going to F45 Noda for about a year now and we both absolutely love it! The workouts are never the same and every day focuses on something different so you never get bored with the routine! What makes this location really special tho are the coaches! Ally, Enrique, Gabe and John all bring fitness expertise & are all always super welcoming! I would recommend this studio to anyone! All fitness levels welcome!
F45 Noda is awesome! First workout back in quite some time and first time at F45 Enrique the trainer was awesome. Looking forward to getting back in shape.
Love going to F45 classes! All the coaches are awesome and motivate you to work harder - especially Enrique, Gabe and Ally!
