Love the workouts
Visited the nob hill f45 while on holiday break and what an awesome location. Coach kelly was welcoming and engaging paying attention to everyone and fixing form. Super clean and spacious studio. Also the music was fun and upbeat which I think can really make or break a workout! Will definitely be returning
