I had the BEST experience training at F45 Newton. The owner and trainers were extremely helpful and I learned so much! The functional movements helped me recover from an injury and I lost weight! I highly recommend joining!

Visiting Surrey to attend a family wedding . This location was very close to my hotel . I had a pleasure to meet coach kan . He and his team were absolutely professional and friendly .
One of the best gyms I've been to! :) The coaches are energetic and the workouts change daily so you never know what’s coming.
