Best workout station with very helping staff and awesome nature
I had the BEST experience training at F45 Newton. The owner and trainers were extremely helpful and I learned so much! The functional movements helped me recover from an injury and I lost weight! I highly recommend joining!
I wish I lived closer to this location. F45 Newton was one of the best things happened in my life. Great owner and some real good and motivational coaches there. My dream team was “Will & Can”.
