Fazil is awesome. He actually takes the time out to support you in your form. The exercises are easy but shocking to the body at first… however I never felt out of place even though I was the new guy because everyone in my class was on their own fitness journey!
It was blast during all my classes .it was full of motivation ,fun ,safe environment and great team .they do really work hard to get u into focus and to achieve ur goal
I’ve been to a few F45 franchises and Newton is by far the best one. If I can name drop Zoltan, Kan and Fizal, these three are some of the nicest, encouraging, knowledgeable trainers I’ve ever worked with. I go to F45 everyday because of them. 10/10 would go again. Everyday.
Always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. It’s 45 min class and feel relax after class.
