First time trying a workout class. I've found it's way better than trying to figure out what to do on my own and the instructors are super nice and fun which adds to the community aspect of the classes. Highly recommend, have finally gotten into the habit of regular exercise because of F45.

F45 Newport Beach is my new workout obsession. No mirrors, no frills - just a supportive community, knowledgeable coaches and impactful workouts. I appreciate the varied schedule throughout the week and form tips from the coaches to get the most out of my time in the gym. Highly recommend!

Really enjoy my classes at F45. I like that there’s both structure and flexibility to modify exercises as needed. The instructors are all friendly and helpful. I like that they vary the format and exercises each class so it’s always something a little different.

630am Wednesday Sarah class is where the party is at. The gym class was well-structured and engaging. Sarah provided clear guidance and motivation, making the class enjoyable and effective. Overall, it was a great workout that left me feeling energized.

I'm a former athlete, so I find the F45 classes to really mesh well with my personal preferences regarding work outs. It's a really close knit community and that reminds me of being a part of a team, coming to practice a few times a week and feeling super accomplished afterwards (especially when you don't have to think about your workout).
