I’ve been to many f45 locations and what makes this one special is their coaching staff. Each coach I’ve taken class from here is friendly, seems happy to be there, and passionate about what they do.

First time trying a workout class. I've found it's way better than trying to figure out what to do on my own and the instructors are super nice and fun which adds to the community aspect of the classes. Highly recommend, have finally gotten into the habit of regular exercise because of F45.
F45 Newport Beach is my new workout obsession. No mirrors, no frills - just a supportive community, knowledgeable coaches and impactful workouts. I appreciate the varied schedule throughout the week and form tips from the coaches to get the most out of my time in the gym. Highly recommend!
