F45 Newmarket has become such an important part of my fitness journey. I always find it to be both challenging and supportive with both its coaches and its members always making each workout fun and worth the effort .
I have been going to F45 for about 2 years now. Each class has been very enjoyable and each of the coaches encourage you to push and challenge yourself. Every month there is a new fun challenge to participate in and a chance to win cool prizes.
LOVE F45. I have going to the Newmarket location for 5 years and I absolutely love it. The trainers, the people, the facility, the workouts…all 5 stars.
Recently joined this studio and it has been a great experience. The trainers are enthusiastic, motivating, challenging as well as very accommodating should you have issues with certain movements. The generous class schedule makes it very easy to fit exercise into your busy life!
