Just finished my 10th class—I’m all in. The staff is patient, helpful, full of energy and care about your fitness and safety. Joined to prepare for Hyrox in March and now I’m hooked. Workouts—you give 100%, they’ll kick your ass!
I’ve been going to F45 consistently for about two months now and I’m so happy with my results. I’ve lost 8 lbs, feel noticeably stronger, and have so much more energy. The workouts are challenging but scalable, and the coaches are motivating and supportive. Highly recommend if you want real results and accountability!
