I love working out at F45 Newington! Their workouts challenge and motivate me to keep coming back. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable. They offer suggestions and modifications as needed and check your form.
F45 newington is great! I’ve been to multiple F45 locations across CT and MA and the trainers here are some of the best. They always have the best energy and encourage me to push myself, which is exactly what I’m looking for in a group workout setting like this. Would recommend!
This is the best place ever- the coaches assist you every part of the way and so so kind and motivating!
F45 has a great mix of cardio and strength training. I love how the workouts are always different and keep you moving once the timer starts. The coaches are motivating and push you to go beyond what you think you’re capable of. Love the energy and highly recommend!
I recently joined F45 as someone who wants to get back into working out and I couldn’t have picked a better place! The coaches are so supportive, motivating and will provide accommodations as needed. I highly recommend F45 to anyone whether you’re just starting or an experienced athlete!
