Walking along seventh avenue, it's quite gross and disgusting that someone repeatedly spits their gum in the exact same spot on the ground at the entrance to the building. Not only is the same person arriving to the facility, but leaving after their workout as well. The disgusting gum pile is getting bigger, bigger, and more disgusting daily. Making is so general public has to not only step in it but, stroller wheels,and wheel chairs are also getting it in their wheels. They should be publicly responsible for cleaning it. It... read more

I have been coming to this location for about 2 years now. The positives are that it’s a friendly atmosphere, coaches are great and engaging, workouts are good and it’s a decently clean facility. I would say the biggest con is some of the equipment that doesn’t work or is damaged in some way. I think all but one of the bikes, the screens are broken as well as the row machines and ski machines screens. I love working out here. I have been a member of the Golden class (55 and over) since January. The class starts with a daily run through of all exercises-each day is different. During the class, instructors are positively encouraging our attempts and carefully watching and correcting everyone’s form. I have remained injury free while building strength and muscle. All my fellow participants are friendly and supportive. I couldn’t ask for more.

I’ve been going to F45 NW South since September and I love it. The workouts keep me excited to come because they’re always challenging and fun. The trainers are great; positive attitudes and they encourage you to push yourself a bit more when you need it! I love that I don’t have to plan my workouts anymore or wait for equipment!
