I wish the owner, Munisha, was more down to earth and kind to members and staff. Im moving to new west and I really wanted to start f45 here but now I want to avoid her at all costs. She made it a point to correct me when I called a staff member her colleague, when f45 offers stock options for its staff so I thought that was really disrespectful to him.
As someone who was afraid of taking group fitness classes, Munisha made the experience simple, easy and supportive. I really like the meal plan aspect to the program, which a lot of other facilities charge extra for. The other thing I love is the community aspect, members are so friendly and I truly feel missed when I end up missing a few of my regular classes. Thank you to Munisha and the F45 community for changing my mind about fitness!
Amazing coaches and staff! Highly recommend this F45 location!
Unfortunately, my husband and I had a disappointing experience at this location due to a coach’s unprofessional behavior, which made us feel unwelcome during sessions. We love the F45 format and highly recommend it, but sadly, this particular location did not provide the supportive and inclusive environment we expected.
