F45 New Toronto has an amazing community! On my first day, so many people supported me and made sure that I was lifting weights that I was comfortable with. Sophia and Samir are fantastic! They motivate you, push you to give your best every workout. Highly recommend this gym if you want to reach your fitness goals. The music, vibe, people and community makes you want to keep coming back no matter how sore you initially feel!
