Great F45 studio with welcoming and supportive trainers, a lovely community vibe and friendly members! (And of course - like all /f45 studios - amazing, fun and challenging workouts!)
I used to be a member here for a while and joined because I went to an F45 overseas where I made friends with the trainers and other members. All I can say is this place was different, some of the trainers are great but some just stand there and don’t really help you and you are left to just do your own thing as you move through the workout. The gym itself is ok but there isn’t really an inclusive feel. I ended up leaving to join Playground Fitness and felt that was more of a friendlier gym.
