This is one hell of a workout this is a favourite of my daughters who was the first diver to represent New Zealand in the Olympics and she absolutely swears by it he lives in America now and constantly uses this from West Auckland I tried to get her to join another gym but she was adamant that this was the only one that she liked so if you want to be like her this is where you go
