Coach Thomas is a welcome addition to the team. He is attentive, interacts with members, provides thoughtful modifications for injuries and actually corrects form and provides feedback. Trainers are great and very helpful. Good location and clean facility.
A great place to workout. Friendly coaches and nice group of people to workout with. I would definitely recommend this place who wants to stay motivated and to be guided by great coaches who can push you!
My fav go to place for workouts and have been here for around a year now! The vibe and energy of this place is always too good. Coaches are extremely nice and friendly! A very positive environment and would definitely recommend this place.
