I’ve trained at different gyms over the years, but nothing comes close to the energy, structure, and community at this studio. Strength days with Henry and Matt are honestly the highlight of my week, they know exactly how to coach you, push you, and hype you up without ever making you feel out of your depth. Best damn gym on the Gold Coast! The classes are incredible—always fresh, always challenging, and never boring. The coaches genuinely push you to be your best, and the sense of community is something really special. Got little ones? Absolutely love training at F45 Nerang. The workouts are awesome, the atmosphere is great, and the sense of community really sets it apart. It’s had a massive impact on both my fitness and mental health. Highly recommend.
