I hadn’t worked out in 9 months after having a baby, and I was honestly scared to come back into group fitness after such a long break. But joining F45 Richmond turned out to be the best decision. I recently completed the 6 week challenge, and the coaches were incredible, constantly checking in, encouraging me, and pushing me with exercises and weights that suited my pace while still challenging me. The team vibe is motivating and supportive, and I am already looking forward to the next challenge!
Still enjoying my workouts a couple of years later! The classes do really push you. The friendly team is very welcoming. So are the members too. Keep up the good work Chris and Char!
Best gym community I have been part of for over five years. I have been able to work out during two pregnancies and safely get my fitness back postpartum and knee surgery under the expert guidance of great friendly trainers. Never a boring workout with the sessions always changing.
My Wife and I are still enjoying our training at F45 Richmond. In fact we don't know what we would do without it :). Char, Chris and the Friendly Team have recently made changes to the class times to try and suit more of the members, plus adding Sunday classes. They are always adapting and changing things up to suit the members and keep us all sweating! Cheers John Mac.
