I joined F45 looking to increase my mobility and add more to 7 years of running and occasional weight training. At first I was really impressed by the enthusiasm and friendliness of the trainers. I really like that each class is different depending on what you want to work out that day - resistance, cardio, both or Hydrox. Within all of those the workouts vary from week to week. I’ve been to my fair share of different workout classes and F45 is definitely my favorite. I love how they incorporate proper weight training and cardio. It’s a great mix and I love that they change the workout mix, it gives a great variety. I ended up getting a membership!
Good workout, lacks customer service when it comes to billing inquiries. Proceed with caution or just stick with Classpass.
F45 has been a really wonderful experience for me! Jessika always gives such great instructions and is super encouraging and always helps everyone out during the session. It’s a very welcoming environment for everyone
