Really enjoy the classes thus far and all the staff members are very accommodating and easy going.
I came here for a trial week and that fully hooked me. The staff are super friendly, keep you honest with your lifting form, and are great at pushing you without making you feel bad if you just need a breath. At this point, they're much more like friends you're letting boss you around than coaches In addition to that, there are a bunch of regulars that form a good IRL social network and are quite welcoming - it's a great reminder that it can be easy to make friends, even when you don't go to school anymore.
