I have never joined a gym that I stuck to and went to on a daily basis and along come F45. I can not put into words the exact feeling but this is a family, a community of trainers that are actually there to help you get better, stronger every day. I struggle with my back and knees and every coach has always remembered that and made modification to help me do the work out one way or another. I am addicted to my F45 workouts and I can not imagine my life without these trainers or these workouts!
