Is it standard practice at F45 to charge without any prior notification? ! I was surprised to find unexpected fees on my credit card. Is it difficult to include a process in your automation that alerts your member before making a credit card charge? I can see that you decided to charge without telling anyone after being suspended for months.
I have been attending F45 Mount Waverley since January - it’s great place to get fitter, the workouts are so varied, so you never get bored. The trainers are friendly and supportive, whatever your fitness level and goals. Go on, give it a go - you won’t regret it! Update: Over 18 months now and still going strong! Im still enjoying the variety of the workouts. There is a great camaraderie at F45 MW so you always feel encouraged, whatever your level.
Update: still 10/10 ☺️ Hamish, Scott, Luis, Jo, Josh, Lachy, Mia, Lang, Jess and the rest of the MW/Ashburton F45 teams have made it a breeze for me to transition back into a regular fitness regime. Amazing service, advice and top knotch coaches. Highly recommended!
Amazing team, they helping me come back from my injury, great place to build strength and have fun at the same time!
