Amazing club! Emma is a happy force of 6.45am F45 energy 🎆💪 she is always motivating and careful to insure you are doing the exercises properly. Admittedly only went because there wasn’t any class pass sessions for circuits over the holidays, but I now love the place and wish I’d visited sooner! The equipment is well looked after and there’s lots of ammenities to freshen you up after👌Thanks guys for keeping me in check over Christmas 👀💙
Started off great. Trainers are friendly but overall experience was disappointing, especially with the challenges! Didnt get anyything extra out of the challenge but paid for it. Owner promised a lot but never followed through. Decided not to continue with my membership after 6 months

F45 Mt Eden is fun, positive vibes! Best workout with great results! Trainers give encouragement, friendly banter, and even some dance moves LOL
