I Absolutely love going to F45 Morton Ranch! Honestly at first I was hesitant to sign up but after my first two classes I was locked in! I got a great challenging workout. Coach Michael and Ellen guided me and we’re very motivating throughout my workout. Now, I have been at F45 for about 8 months and seen great improvement in my fitness, amazing coaches, and awesome community!

If you’re looking for a place where you can sweat, laugh, question your life choices mid-burpee, and leave feeling like an absolute superhero… F45 is it. The workouts are intense but somehow still fun (which feels illegal). Every class is different, so you never get bored, and the coaches are the perfect mix of hype squad and loving drill sergeants. BEST GYM EVER! I attended a Hyrox simulation recently. I drove over an hour to this gym because I live far away, and it was absolutely worth every mile! Even though the trainers and staff had never met me before, they encouraged and coached me like they’d known me for years. And they are super knowledgeable and gave me great tips, feedback, and cheered me on the entire way.
