I have been a member at F45 for 3.5 years now. The Morton Ranch location has been my absolute favorite. Everyone makes you feel like you’re family. It’s truly something special!
My first time there was great. The coaches show you how to prevent injuries. The coaches push you and help you Thru the pain, sweat and fatigue. The first time I went, they treated me like family and not like a customer. I can’t wait to make this my permanent gym as summer is coming up!
