I have been a member of F45 Mitcham since 2020. The programs they have catered for all my physical needs. Having workouts that combine cardio, weights, and a mixture of both means that I can pick and choose which days fit my needs. The staff are welcoming and the community are great fun. I've made lifelong friends by going to F45 Mitcham.
Here at F45, I was able to step out of my comfort zone and try something that once seemed hard but turned out to be completely achievable. Thanks to the well-designed program and the inspirational coaches here, it was an amazing experience — definitely worth a try!
F45 Mitcham is a great place to train. Alice and the team are amazing at what they do - the studio is a great size, the members train hard, Alice and the coaches will correct you on technique and give you encouragement, & the members train hard (and will chit chat aferwards!).
Plebs fill up the golf world carpark, get your own parking at a different site.
This is my second week at F45, and wow—what a gym! The place is bursting with energy, and the instructors are not only super friendly but also attentive, always checking form to make sure you’re doing each workout correctly. What I love most is the constantly changing routines—perfect for someone like me who gets bored easily. Every session feels fresh, challenging, and exciting. Looking forward to getting fitter with amazing F45 family. Thanks, team!
