I’ve been attending F45 Milton for 2 months now and have had a great experience. Classes are challenging and high energy, but in a good way. You feel proud and accomplished after pushing through the workout. All the coaches are incredibly friendly, and they always correct your form and give you alternate movements if you have pain or injuries. Been going there since March and haven’t looked back since. It’s a No brainer JUST JOIN . Good learning from the coaches and a great gym community.Always feel that amazing satisfied soreness after each class.Additionally you can tailor as per your strength so it’s perfect for all adult age groups.
