New update on Aug 15, 2026 : came in for a passport visit today. Missed the coaches here, so thought of coming and saying Hi, as well some intense workout session. Best F45 studio hands down. So much attention to each member during workout. Speaking after being a member at other studios. Properly disciplined sessions, with constant push from coaches to get that extra effort. Coach Andres and Lewis shared valuable hYrox insights today.. Coach Lewis is the best!! Amazing gym, lovely members. Great.
