If one of your New Year’s resolutions is to be more active, F45 is an amazing choice. I’ve tried different training styles, and this has been my favorite. The vibe at F45 Milton is incredible!!, the coaches motivate you until the very last second. The workouts are efficient, you’re done in under an hour, and you just listen the instructions and follow the TV while coaches are always there to correct your technique.
Absolutely one of the best gyms out there. The team is organized and efficient in how they run things. I have seen progress on my health quicker than other forms of exercise or gyms that I've done in the past. The attention and knowledge of the coaches is always top tier and the small adjustments they provide during classes make a huge difference. It's been a ton of fun, and I find myself excited to go the classes. Highly highly recommend!!
F45 have been absolutely amazing! All you have to do is show up, they have everything else planned and ready to go. The coaches are incredible and so knowledgeable too. 10/10 would recommend!
As an aging athlete, I've started each of the past few years with the intent of adding resistance work to my training plan and never seemed to get there. Until now. I've been thrilled with the depth of experience shown by the coaching staff, who are there with encouragement, insight, correction, or accomodation as befits the situation. Also grateful to find a community where everybody's efforts are celebrated.
