i joined F45 Milton a month ago and i can say that its been life-changing for me. the trainers are exceptional and very knowlegeable. they make sure that you are doing the workouts with proper form and they push you to your limits without having to feel intimidated. they surely have created a community where everyone feels welcomed. i thought im going to struggle joining the 5:15am classes but after a few weeks of pushing myself, i can say that i actually like starting my day working out at F45. the trainers, the community, ... read more
I don’t know where to start I have been going here for roughly 2 months n I havnt ever been excited to go to a gym I have struggled with workout and motivation to be fit all my life n for some reason I love it here … Jessie was the first trainer I spoke to n each session I do with her I not only get more motivated but it’s accomplishing that they do see and notice your progress .. all the trainers are super friendly and super knowledgeable. I originally joined f45 Milton back in 2023 when I moved to Milton, I was a member consistently for over a year until I had to move to Oakville. I recently rejoined and since August 2025 I drive 45 mins each way to get to classes on time. Why the commitment? Well I can tell you there are F45s in Oakville and they both suck, Gleb Abbey sucks the most out of all F45s I have been to. But I am here to tell you why F45 Milton is such a great community and if you are a good person I hope you join otherwise I wish you well in life.... read more
I went to the Milton F45 for over a year and absolutely loved my experience. The trainers were all fantastic and so supportive at every single workout. The other members there are also such wonderful people and Mike should be proud of the community he has built. I only stopped going because my work schedule prevented me from taking full advantage of my membership.
