Coming back to fitness after maternity leave, F45 Milton has been exactly what I needed! The workouts are fun and different every day, the trainers are amazing and so encouraging, and the community is super welcoming. It’s honestly a place I want to go to (almost lol) every single day, and a workout I actually look forward to doing!
After not working out for a while, I was interested in finding a place that would help guide me and make me feel comfortable to work out within my own personal abilities. The trainers are knowledgable and help correct my form and encourage me to continue on with each of the exercises. Being a part of the challenges help me stay motivated and connected within a forum that has like-minded people .

Highly recommend F45 Milton if you are looking for a new gym to join or thinking about switching from your current gym! I was going to wait until the new year to join but I decided to join in the beginning of October and I’m so happy that I did! I already see results from joining only two weeks ago.
