Great coaches, great facility, great music. Workouts are all different, and supportive to all workout levels. Timings and schedule is also great. Would highly recommend
It's fantastic over there. The workouts everyday feel fresh and exciting. The coaches are amazing people and do a great job at motivating me and offering alternatives that still challenge me in the workout. I would recommend everyone to come here and perform crossfit.
The trainers at F45 Milton are extremely friendly and attentive and they provide a great atmosphere during the workouts. Having all the workouts pre-planned saves a lot of time and ensures that the workout is high intensity and you are utilizing your time during the 45 minutes. I highly recommend F45 Milton to anyone who wants to make a serious change in their lifestyle!
As someone getting back into fitness after a few years, F45 Milton has been a game changer. The workouts are fun and never repetitive, the trainers are super helpful, and the community is incredibly motivating. Perfect for a busy schedule.
I was little sceptic in the beginning, thought it was to expensive. But was I ever wrong, the place is amazing, great coaches, loud music and the classes are great. Been sore for the past two weeks and I love it. Great atmosphere and great people .
