I'm not new to F45, I'm new to this location. The coaches are a perfect blend of coaching while not being pushy. The music is always on point, which I need for a workout. Grateful for the passport program to visit the Midtown location if needed on my lunch hour.
I took a fitness class at F45 through ClassPass while on vacation, and wow — what an experience! From the moment I walked in, Chelsea’s energy was so warm and welcoming. She was super attentive, asked about any focus areas or past injuries, and made sure I felt comfortable. The workout was an absolute blast, and the playlist kept me pumped the entire time! Chelsea is a rockstar and the reason I’ll be coming back while I’m in town. Highly recommend!
New to this location, but not new to F45. I am a member at a studio back home in Philadelphia and dropped in at this location for a class while I was in town. Coach Kendrick was great and made me feel very welcome when I arrived and checked in. Throughout the class, he and the other coach were great. I’ve been to a number of F45s and this one was one of my favorites, largely due to the awesome staff!
The fact that F45 is women-owned makes it even more fantastic. I love everything from the great energetic vibe, to the kind coaches, to the variety of workouts (you literally always have a new one). Highly recommend regardless of your weight needs
