Such a great place! Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. They push you to your fullest potential. Such a great environment to work out in. Blanca is definitely the best!

This was only my second class at this location (not my first with f45). I found the instructor to be very unwelcoming and somewhat rude towards me for both workouts. It is unfortunate because she clearly went out of her way to kindly correct, motivate, and communicate with the other members in my class. My first class at the studio, I arrived early and I was not greeted by the instructor. She did not ask my name or say hello. Since this was my first class here I did expect some sort of greeting...
