Workouts are so good, vibe is fun and supportive, coaches are knowledgeable and super helpful!
I’ve been to several F45 locations, and this one stands out above the rest. The coaches are phenomenal, the workouts are consistently great, and the overall environment is welcoming and motivating. It’s obvious the owners do an excellent job, they’re present, professional, and truly care about both their team and the community they’ve built.
My experience with canceling my membership was very disappointing. They delayed the cancellation and required payment for two extra months. Communication was poor, and when they responded, the tone was rude. I’m not satisfied with their Charlotte locations and do not recommend them.
The coaches are PHENOMINAL. I love the workouts, but its very unfortunate to see how the owners treat their employees.
Great coaches, and classes, that can accommodate all skills levels.
