I would not recommend this F45 location based on my experience trying to cancel my membership. I have been attempting to cancel since May and am still being charged. I went into the studio in person, completed and signed the required cancellation paperwork, and was assured by Tayler that he would handle the cancellation and make sure everything was taken care of. Decent workout, great coaches, but god forbid you try to leave! Got charged an extra 2 months.
I'm about a week in after my trial and I'm amazed. I already feel stronger mentally and physically. I see the training working into everyday life as it is functional training. The coaches and owners are amazing, encouraging, and always paying attention to correct form and encourage weight changes! Try it out!
