I joined F45 Merrylands 2 months ago because, as a new father, I needed a way to exercise efficiently in order to stay consistent… and it has changed my life! The trainers are amazing - always motivating and supportive, ensuring everyone feels welcome. The workouts are challenging and varied, so I never get bored and the facilities are top-notch, clean, and well-maintained.
