I love this place! Betsy makes working out fun. She is so motivating and uplifting.
I joined F45 melissa sometime around feb 2025 with a lot of speculation around my own ability. 6 months on, i am so happy i did - fantastic workouts, outstanding & very personable trainers, and overall excellent. I did not understand circuit-workout methodology initially but i have come to realize the value and the benefits of it. When i travel for work to other states, i make it a point to look up and even take classes there, at no extra charge. I started F45 about 3 weeks ago and absolutely love it! The classes are amazing and go by so fast, the trainers are awesome and so supportive as is the whole gym community! I highly recommend
Love the coaches. No shame on needing to modify. Love it.
