I have always enjoyed the F45 model, however the Medford location has a wonderful, enthusiastic, well educated group of coaches that makes coming to the gym a great experience!
Been coming to this gym for about a year now. This is the longest commitment to working out I have had since high school athletics. The coaches are fantastic-super welcoming and motivating. The workouts provide a great mix of cardio and strength training. Very easy to get the hang of the workouts so you truly can shut off your brain and exercise. I cannot recommend this location enough!!
Great community, solid classes and I seem to always come back for more!
