This place is great! The coaches are supportive and helpful, the members are friendly. It feels like a comfortable space for all ages, abilities, and genders. The variety of movements keeps me engaged and I also like that I usually have a general idea of what to expect going into a class. Very grateful to F45 for getting me moving regularly.

F45 is great! The classes are all scaled, so everyone can find the right level. You can already be full beast-mode or just starting out, and you will get a great workout lead by a fantastic coach! The free trial was great - I got to get a good feel for the classes before signing up. Happy to be a regular member!
