Love this place! Great classes, great staff, great people, and you will get stronger. Awesome!
F45 is great! The classes are all scaled, so everyone can find the right level. You can already be full beast-mode or just starting out, and you will get a great workout lead by a fantastic coach! The free trial was great - I got to get a good feel for the classes before signing up. Happy to be a regular member!
