Started going here to just force me to do cardio because I hate cardio but enjoy lifting. And since I’ve made incredible friends, completed a HYROX and stayed active throughout my entire pregnancy. Cannot recommend not just the gym but the community as well!

I can’t thank the coaches at f45 enough for showing me a different type of sport. I was curious coming out of college what this experience would be like because I’ve always been a weight room type of guy. They showed me how to prioritize your body and manage my goals. I’m so glad F45 is a hyrox partner because I found a new hobby and sport that I absolutely love. The coaches and community are top notch. I highly recommended f45 Marana or any studio near you!
