Visiting from New England this was one of the better f45 I’ve been too. Great music, got my Moneys worth from a drop in class. Very intense but rewarding class on Saturday
My only complaint is that I didn't start at F45 sooner!! As a busy working mom, these workouts are challenging and different every day, just what I need! Such a wonderful atmosphere and community, too. The coaches Brett, Dylan, and Tony are encouraging, helpful, and kind! I had felt like I was in a plateau, but just after one week at F45 I've noticed a difference - I'm getting stronger and closer to my fitness goals! A big part of that is thanks to the coaches motivation. I actually look forward to going to the gym now!
I have been an avid Orangetheory attendee for nearly 6 years. After my studio closed, I was looking for a new gym and F45 happened to be closest to home. While I took the initial class because of its convenient location, I joined because of the amazing atmosphere and challenging workouts! The staff is kind and helpful and push when it's appropriate. I’ve been a member at F45 Marana since 2022, and it’s truly been the best decision for my health and fitness journey. I originally joined because it was close to home, but I’ve stayed all these years because of the incredible community that Coach Tony and Coach Brett have built.
