This was my first F45 class in Kara made everything easy to understand and fun.
Trial session was great!! I definitely like the rotations and stations! I'll be back!
Love this place! Motivating coaches, authentic community. Zach, Kyle and Chris are the best! So uplifting, great playlists, challenging workouts- and they give corrections to make sure you maintain form and keep getting better !
This workout is amazing! I have not had this much fun exercising in the past. The people running the place are extremely friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend getting a membership. Coach Carrie makes the workout challenging and fun at the same time!
