Coach Courtney at F45 in Maple Grove is FANTASTIC! I love how she encourages me throughout the class and helps me improve my form and meet my goals 🤩
I love this place! Classes are fun and go by so fast and the trainers are so helpful, also helping me with stuff.
Shout out to Coach Zach - this guy 100% knows his members!!! He pushes me when I need pushing. He also recognizes when I’m struggling and have pushed as far as I can push. If you haven’t taken a class with Coach Zach, schedule it now - you won’t regret it!!
I have been here for a little over a month and I have nothing but positive things to say about the studio, coaches and members! Theresa is an incredible coach. She is consistent! Always encouraging, positive, warm and welcoming! Thank you!!
