I have been to three F45 studios, and I settled with Manukau. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly & always welcoming. The studio has the vibe and great people. I've been there 2 years and I look forward to every session. No regrets as I am in the best shape I've been in years!

After reconstructive knee surgery and grieving the loss of numerous significant family members, I was nervous, self conscious and unmotivated. The Whānau/Āiga/Fam at F45 Manukau have been an invaluable part of my journey back into health and happiness. The family atmosphere and empowering culture they have created is inspiring.
