I just took my first class yesterday. I signed up with the 3 for $30 trial classes. I was looking for a workout experience besides the normal gym. I needed something with some accountability to help me get back into it. Soon as I walked in the door I was greeted. I was welcomed and introduced to some other members who showed me the ropes. Great coaches and they actually care about your progress!
I love F45!! Just experienced a few classes during welcome week and I immediately felt welcomed!! From the staff to everyone there working out, the vibe is just right! Everyone was so supportive and made me feel good since it was my first time. The music was good too which pushed me a bit lol after working out, I felt soreness in parts of my body I never felt before so I know the workout was good! Lol definitely want to keep up with it! I love it and so happy that I found you all!
