I’ve done 10 classes at f45 Manchester. Loving the energy of the trainers. Feels like more of a community than a class. Cardio always kicks my butt. You can find me mainly on resistance days. But never a bad class taken. Excited for the future with f45 Manchester!!!

As a beginner who has been out of shape for a while, I couldn't have asked for a better re-introduction to fitness than at my local F45 studio. So glad I found this gym! They make it so easy to get your workout in- it's quick, you don't have to think too hard about it, and you always finish up sweaty & smiling. I've definitely seen results in just the two months I've been going, the coaches are all fantastic, and it's been great to build community there as well.

The coaches are mean and not understanding. Also, there is no parking anywhere and if you are 2 minutes late because you were trying to find parking, they will not let you in. You’re better off going to F45 in The Fan.

The coaches aren’t understanding. Theres literally no parking in this alleyway of a street, ended up parking 4 blocks away and ran there… only to get not be allowed in because we arrived at 9:01. Won’t be visiting again
